Biography

Nancy Helgeson is an Executive and Career Coach, trainer and facilitator with over 23 years of experience. She is currently Principal Partner with Collaborative Solutions, a firm specializing in executive, team, career and performance improvement coaching and facilitation. Nancy has also been an adjunct staff member for over 20 years with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). At CCL she has been a Feedback and Executive Coach for a wide variety of leadership programs focused on middle and upper level managers in Fortune 500 companies, as well as CEOs in entrepreneurial and family-owned businesses and woman executives. She served on the advisory board and has taught in UCSD’s Career Counseling and Coaching Certification Program. Nancy was also on staff at DBM as a senior consultant providing career continuation, outplacement and other training and consulting services.

• At CCL, Nancy has delivered high impact executive and leadership coaching and group facilitation including the Leadership Development Program, Foundations of Leadership, Women’s Leadership Program, Leader Lab and Entrepreneurial Leadership Program.
• Acting in leadership roles in a variety of professional organizations, Nancy served a term as President for the San Diego Chapter of the International Coaches Federation (ICF), and has written for and been quoted in numerous publications, including the San Diego Business Journal, SD Union/Tribune, and the Wall Street Journal.
