Results Driven or Executive Bully?

What to do when high performers leave a trail of bruised people

Corporate executives and business owners are increasingly challenged to address a growing area of corporate risk: Bullying. In addition to the recent publicity in American sports, Canada, Australia, England and many other European countries have enacted anti-bullying legislation. In the United States, 16 states have introduced anti-bullying legislation although none has been enacted.

This program will provide human capital stakeholders with an overview of the causes of bullying and a methodology for addressing this behavior. Attendees will learn:

  • The causes, prevalence and risks of bullying
  • A performance based approach for addressing bullying behavior
  • A strategy for increasing an abrasive executive’s commitment to change
