SoTeC Conference 2008 "Capturing the Summit, Expanding Knowledge, Achieving Goals."

CUSTOMatrix™ Consultants Jordan Goldrich, HR/OD Services and Bruce Maches, Linda Amaro and Lee Rizio, CIO Services will be showcasing their knowledge and years of experience with presentations to this year's ninth annual Southland Technology Conference (SoTec), August 22 & 23rd at the Westin Hotel, Long Beach. 

This conference, a premier annual event in Southern California brings together senior professionals in project management, quality assurance and information technology from a wide diversity of large and small organizations and companies throughout the region.  The non-profit SoTeC conference, led by a Board of Directors which includes Brynley Lee from CUSTOMatrix™, is presented as a service back to its sponsoring member organizations, including among others all the PMI, SCQAA, QAI, AITP and WITI chapters in Southern California.  The conference provides participants with the opportunity to discover new trends, network with colleagues, learn from industry leaders, gain new skills and information and exchange thoughts and experiences to improve their ability to achieve success in today's complex economy.  This year's conference theme is "Capturing the Summit, Expanding Knowledge, Achieving Goals."

CUSTOMatrix™ HR/OD consultant Jordan Goldrich will provide insight into helping individuals navigate their careers upwards with his presentation: ""Moving Up the Executive Ladder: How to keep your career on track.""

CUSTOMatrix™ CIO consultants Bruce Maches and Linda Amaro will help professionals learn how to influence senior management's IT decision making with their presentation: ""Marketing IT to Senior Management - Raising Management's IT IQ.""

CUSTOMatrix™ CIO consultant Lee Rizio will provide answers to a very topical question for IT decision makers with his presentation:  "Can ERP survive in an SOA world?"
