CUSTOMatrix, Inc. represents the Best-of-the Best with respect to the coming together of seasoned and proven consultants into one organization. This unique composition was inspired and driven by the shared vision of Eric Chriss and Cheryl Bostater the founding Principals of CUSTOMatrix™.

Since its incorporation in 2005, CUSTOMatrix™’s principals have interviewed extensively to identify and induct top-performing and customer-oriented consultants. The objective has been to develop a diverse team with the capability and proven track record of delivering optimal business solutions to clients, regardless of the area of focus.

CUSTOMatrix™’s current team of 18 practitioners, with an average experiential base exceeding 20 years, represent consulting and executive expertise at levels that include Board Advisement and Participation, Executive Leadership in all areas, and company-wide Training and Facilitation in Efficiency, Systems, Strategic and Tactical Thinking and Problem-Solving.
